Knox County Health Department offers a free five-part diabetes education series showing how proper diet, medication, and exercise can keep you healthier and help you feel better. The series is offered 3 times per year. In the fall they will be offered: Oct 1,8,15,22, and 29, 2015. form 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
