Hours of operation between January 29 and March 9:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11 am to 7 pm
Tuesday: 11 to 1 and 4 to 7
Friday: 11 am to 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am to 3 pm
Hours will change to Mon-Fri 9 am to 3 pm between March 18 and April 12. The site will close the week of March 11.

The site is appointment-only and does not accept walk-ins. Taxpayers should call 1-844-829-3786 or visit impactamerica.com/freetaxprep to schedule. Appointments are one hour long.

Intake Process:

Call or go online to schedule a tax preparation appointment.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
The primary taxpayer MUST be present. The taxpayer's SPOUSE must be present if filing jointly.

Government-issued photo ID for the taxpayer (and spouse, if filing jointly)

Social Security cards for ALL members of your household, including dependents

All W-2s and other income documents

All 1098 and 1099 forms, if you received them

Healthcare Marketplace statement (Form 1095-A), if you had Marketplace insurance

Tax returns from the 2022 and 2021 tax years or the most recent tax year you filed (preferred but not mandatory)

Bank account number and routing number if you would like to directly deposit a refund

Any mail you received from the IRS during the tax year

Masks may be required. Please bring a mask to your appointment.

Eligibility:
