Description:

Provides the following Services:

24/7 SUICIDAL CRISIS AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT LINE: Via National 988 Phone Number. Primary 988 phone response center for 15 East Tennessee counties. Primary 988 chat and text response for entire state of Tennessee. National provider for Spanish 988 phone response.

REASSURANCE PROGRAM: Prescheduled safety and social phone calls to older adults with limited caregiver support.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND TRAINING: National certified training in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer).

SUICIDE LOSS SUPPORT GROUP - Hosted Weekly on Tuesdays at 6:30PM at Bookwalter UMC. 4218 Central Avenue Pike, Knoxville, TN 37912.
