Description:

CASA of Cannon County recruits, trains and supervises Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers to be appointed by the judge to speak up for an abused and neglected child's safety and well-being while in foster care.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call or apply online for appointment to be a CASA volunteer; CASA referral for a child must be ordered by the Juvenile Judge for children ages 0-18 who have been removed from their home due to abuse and neglect and are placed in foster care or kinship/guardian care.

No Fee

Languages:

Translation services can be provided with prior notice

Eligibility:

Volunteers must be at least 21 or older and care for the well-being of children in foster care and abused and neglected homes
