United Way will offer an extended season of Free Tax Preparation. assistance for individuals or families with amended returns, current year, and prior years (2012-2022) returns. .


There will only be one location for the extended season.

Intake Process:

Walk-In
No appointments and Each adult must be present if they are on the tax claim or return.

Please bring the following documents: picture ID for every adult on the tax claim, Wage and Income documents (W-2s and 1099s), Social Security Cards for the taxpayer(s) and all dependent(s) to be listed on the return, Health Insurance Form 1095 (if available.)
Amended returns must have the original return and/or IRS transcripts as well as the original tax documents.

Eligibility:

Household annual income of $64,000 or less (will not prepare: Schedule K-1's, Schedule D, Schedule E or Schedule F)

FTP volunteers provide free federal income tax preparation/filing assistance for individuals and families, generally with an annual household income of $60,000 or less. FTP volunteers do not prepare Rental Income, Farm Income, Military Income (unless a military site), Complicated or Advanced Schedule D, Profit or Loss from a Business (Schedule C), Unreimbursed Employee Business Expenses, Adoption Credits, Sale of Property, such as home or stocks, Foreign Earned Income or Moving Expenses.
