Impact Centers day programs provide opportunities for service recipients to fully participate in their communities with staff support; additionally, Impact operates a day center program in Giles County. With Community Participation, groups consist of 3 or less with one staff per group. Individuals are provided with opportunities to experience meaningful days, learning, exploring, and discovering new activities. Impact provides reliable transportation to persons choosing to explore more of their community.

Impact's Supported Employment department assists individuals in on the job training in preparation for jobs in the community and provides follow-along on the job coaches for individuals as needed, transporting to and from job opportunities as necessary.

Impact staff is educated to provide for needs specific to the service recipient, dependent on the level of need; for instance, instruction on a specific behavior, meal time challenged, and physical therapy plans which include certified physical therapists. Staff receive education for an extensive array of skill sets including medication administration, driver safety, protection from harm, and abuse prevention. Some individuals require 24 hour support for needs such as ADLs, communication, nutrition, personal hygiene, social skills, or mobility challenges. Impact transport and give supports for medical appointments for men and women in their residential programs.
