Individuals and/or their families who are in need of emergency psychiatric intervention may request screening to determine services needed at the time of the emergency. Adult crisis line serves persons 18 and older in Benton, Carroll, Gibson and Henry Counties who need assessment or mental health crisis intervention.

Hours:

Business Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm;

Psychiatric Intervention: 24/7

Program Fees:

Sliding-scale fee based on income and number of persons in the household; also accepts TennCare, Medicare, and some private insurance. Payments are due at the time of service. CAREY accepts cash, checks or money orders, but DOES NOT accept debit or credit cards.
Persons without insurance can apply through the office for assistance through the TN Dept of Mental Health Behavioral Safety Net.
