Hickman County Senior Ctr - Hickman County Transportation

Description:

Low-cost transportation offered within the county and outside of the county through the Senior Center for any Hickman County resident in need. Transportation must be scheduled 24 hours ahead of departure time. If under 18, individuals must be accompanied by an adult. Curb to curb service only, as the individual will need to mobilize themselves to the curb. All vans have wheelchair lifts.

Intake Process:

Must call 24 hours ahead of departure time before 1:00pm.

Program Fees:

Traveling within Centerville city limits = $2/round trip or $1/one way
Traveling within the county, but outside of city limits = $4/round trip or $2/one way
Traveling to Nashville/Franklin area = $50 round trip
TennCare will cover the cost for transportation to any doctor's appointments if the individual has TennCare coverage.

Eligibility:

Any Hickman County resident in need. If under 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
