Description:
Program designed to reduce the likelihood of adolescent cigarette use, alcohol abuse, and drug abuse. The program targets young people between the ages of 8 and 13 who are determined to be at significant risk of alcohol or drug involvement as evidenced by the presence of known risk factors for such behavior. A case manager is provided to work with high risk youth and their family.
