A public-private partnership between Family and Children's Service and the TN Department of Human Services that offers a comprehensive program that helps Families First participants overcome five major barriers to self-sufficiency; mental health issues, domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse, learning disabilities and child behavior and health issues.
