Rutherford County GED/HiSET & ESL Instruction

Description:

Provides classes for those trying to get their GED/HiSet, English as a second language and beginning computer classes as well, through the Workforce Essentials program at TCAT Smyrna. GED/HiSet instruction for is for adults and eligible minors who have elected to take a series of tests which measure the extent to which they have gained the knowledge, skills and understanding ordinarily acquired through a high school education. Instruction and testing focus on writing, social studies, science, reading and mathematics. Individuals who pass the tests receive high school equivalency certificates.

Hours:

Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

When classes are not in session hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
