Description:
Provides The Dream Foundation, which grants final requests to terminally ill adults age 18 and over whose life expectancy, confirmed by their physicians, is 12 months or less. Also has a Dream for Veterans Program which honors our veterans' service by fulfilling their final dreams, providing them, their families and caregiver's inspiration, comfort, and closure at the end of life.

Intake Process:

Eligibility:
Dream recipients must live in the United States (including Alaska or Hawaii and Puerto Rico), be 18 or older and diagnosed with a life limiting illness with a life expectancy of one year or less; must lack the resources to fulfill the dream
