Description:
Investigates consumer complaints received from Tennessee residents (and others based on place of purchase) involving life and health insurance as well as property and casualty insurance. Section personnel also handle general insurance inquiries covering all lines of insurance. Staff are available to conduct presentations on a variety of insurance topics.
