Two HUD low income/handicapped apartment buildings available for persons that have psychological disorder who can maintain their own apartments with some assistance. An on site manager is available 24-hours a day.

Call (865) 481-6170 - appointment required. Referral by case manager, physician, therapist.
Program Fees:
Sliding scale/Medicaid/TennCare/Private Pay - NO ONE IS REFUSED SERVICES FOR INABILITY TO PAY.
