Case management services provided for adults, adolescents, and children. For adults, services help manage mental health care and encourage independence in the community by providing services such as housing, medication monitoring, obtaining benefits, parent-child interaction, marriage counseling, group therapy, and other daily living issues. Co-occurring Disorders Case Management services also offered in Anderson County. For children, case management is a voluntary partnership between the child, the parents, and the case manager, designed to improve the child's social, educational, emotional, and behavioral situations through advocacy, referral and direct support.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Administrative hours; Office hours vary by location.
Mobile Crisis Office 24/7

Intake Process:

Call (865) 562-7426 for appointment only. Referral by physician/therapist/or request by client.

Program Fees:

Sliding scale/TennCare/Medicaid/Private Pay - no one is refused by their inability to pay

Eligibility:
