Agency operates the LIHEAP energy assistance program for residents of Hamblen County. Assistance for utilities is dependent on funding.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Intake Process:
Fill out an application. Bring in a photo ID for everyone over 18 years, proof of residence (such as a rent receipt, current utility bill, etc.), and proof of income (such as a pay stub, SS or food stamp award letter, etc.). Call (423) 587-4500 for information.

Eligibility:
For emergency assistance - first come, first serve until funds exhausted. Must be income eligible and a resident of Hamblen County. Call (423) 584-4500 for eligibility information.
