Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Intake Process:
Fill out an application. Must bring in a photo ID for everyone in the household over 18years, proof of residence for everyone in the household (such as a rent receipt or current utility bill, etc.), and proof of income (such as a pay stub or SS or food stamp award letter listing your monthly income, etc.).
