Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call (865) 971-2447, need a referral from a primary care physician or someone else aware of the child's medical condition.

Eligibility:
Must be between the ages 3-18, reside or receive treatment in East Tennessee, and have life-threatening or chronically debilitating illness.
