CARDIOLOGY CLINIC: Routine Heart Problems
MINOR SURGERY CLINIC: Biopsies and Removal of Small Moles and Cysts
DERMATOLOGY CLINIC: Skin Problems
DIABETES CLINIC: Problems Facing Diabetic Patients
NEPHROLOGY CLINIC: Kidney Problems
HEPATITIS C CLINIC: Hepatitis C Treatment

PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION ASSISTANCE (For Established Patients ONLY):
Physician Dispensed Medication: Also, assistance in finding the lowest possible cost.

Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM

Intake Process:

Call (865) 546-7330. Patients seen by appointment only.

Program Fees:

Medical Services: Sliding scale.
Prescription Medications: $15 for 3 month supply.

Eligibility:
