Description:
Paratransit Lift service providing door-to-door transportation for persons with disabilities. Must be certified by KAT prior to using these services and must call (865) 215-7850 at least 24 hours in advance of desired pick-up time.

Office hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm;
Help line 865-637-3000 is available Mon - Fri 5:00 am - 10:00 pm; Sat 6:00 am - 10:00 pm; Sun 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call (865) 215-7800 for application or download from KAT website. Application must be completed and must be certified by KAT before using service.
Program Fees:
$2.00 per ride for KAT Lift
Eligibility:
Must be certified and can only schedule trips that start and end within a 3/4 mile radius of KAT Fixed Route Bus Service.
