Provides comprehensive counseling and advocate services to assist families in obtaining and maintaining safe, decent, and affordable housing. Offers Home Ownership Workshops, Foreclosure Assistance, and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Workshops.
Hours:
Mon - Thurs 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Fri - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Thu at 5:30 pm housing orientation;

There may be some Fees attached to services and grant requirements.
Eligibility:
Anyone - however, some services within the housing department are limited to Knoxville/Knox County. Call for details.
