Provides free minor home repair services for homeowners in Knox County such as: exterior painting, roof
replacements (designed primarily for low income renters) and accessibility repairs (ramps or railings, etc).
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 5:00 pm office hours
Intake Process:
On line at www.klf.org or call (865) 524-2774 - Will need to apply and qualify for assistance based on standards set by Department of Housing and Urban Development (usually elderly, disabled, or low income). Applicants will need to call main number (865) 524-2774) and ask to apply

No Fee
Eligibility:
Low income, homeowner in Knox County and Knoxville City - income limits based on family size. Can serve renters in some situations, call for information.
