Services are designed to assist people with disablities to gain and maintain meaningful, competitive employment. The provided service is designed to assist employers in locating dependable and responsible employees wihe promoting employment opportunities for people with disablities. The primary focus is to match the person's abilities with the employer's needs in order to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Referral Required by Tennessee Department of Intelectual and Developmental Disablities (DIDD)

Required Documents: Social Security Card, Proof of Residence, Proof of Income, Birth Certificate, Psyc Records

Program Fees:

Funded through Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Employment and Community First Choices (Amerigroup, United Healthcare or Blue Care), Department of Human Services Division of Rehabilitative Services, or private pay

Eligibility:

Disablity that is an impediment to employment.
