Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Emory Rd. location closed for lunch from 12 noon-1:00 pm)
Fri: - 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Program Fees:
Sliding scale fee. Also accepts Medicaid, TennCare, and private insurance.
Eligibility:
Children birth to 21 years. Must be referred by licensed TN physician.
