Hours:
Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; Emory Rd. Center closed for lunch from 12 noon - 1:00 pm
Fri 8:00 am - 1:00pm

For Emory Rd. Center, call (865)343-6983 for an appointment
Program Fees:
Sliding scale fee. Also accepts Medicaid, TennCare, and private insurance.
Eligibility:
Children birth to 21 years. Must be referred by a TN licensed physician.
