Description:
Provides limited emergency financial assistance with utility DEPOSITS (not with overdue bills).
Also provides a plan while working with neighbors to assist with small amount of utility fees when neighbor meets the goal of the plan.
Neighbors must raise or pay part of their bill.
Hours:
Office hours: Mon & Wed 9:00 am - 1:00 pm;
Fri 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call (865) 681-5420 for an appointment to speak with a coach via and be willing to discuss expenses and income. Documents required: proof of residence, utility bill.
