Provides limited emergency financial assistance with rent when neighbor is facing eviction or is unable to cover the entire month's rent.
Hours:
Mon & Wed 9:00 am - 1:00 pm;
Fri 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call to get an appointment. Must provide landlord's phone number and address. Lease preferred
Program Fees:
No Fee
Languages:
Spanish with prior notice.
Eligibility:
Blount County residents only. Clients must be willing to meet with a coach to discuss their current income and expenses. A referral is welcome but not necessary.
