Ecumenical Storehouse - Household Goods

Description:

Dispenses household items such as beds, sofas, cookware, appliances, linens and household goods to individuals and families in need who have been referred by a local social service agency such a church pastor, Red Cross, or govt. agencies with whom the client works and who is familiar with the client's circumstances.(such as DCS or DHS). Clients in dire emergencies and in need of furniture immediately can call 865-481-0274. If there is no answer leave a message and someone will call you back. Ecumenical Storehouse serves clients from five counties in East TN: Anderson, Campbell, Morgan, Roane and Scott. Clients must call for an appointment and for information about the process. You must bring a referral and a picture ID to the appointment. Referral is good for six months. Client may come back ONLY if in crisis again.
Home delivery is not available so please bring a vehicle and people who can help you load your items.

Hours:

Tues and Thurs: 10am - noon

Preference is given to those in dire circumstances such as homelessness, domestic abuse, fire, or those affected by a natural disaster.
