Programs whose skilled and non-skilled home health care services are provided by licensed vocational nurses and/or registered nurses who are not members of a hospital staff, but are called upon to take special care of individual patients. The minimum is four hours per client.

Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00 pm office hours;
