Transportation provided to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, social services agencies, and to and from senior center for activities.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call (423) 581-5166.
Program Fees:
$6.00 round trip to store, bank therapy, Dr appointment, etc.; $6.00 round trip to the Senior Citizens Center. A fee of $2.00 per extra stop.
Eligibility:
60+ and ambulatory.
