Description:
Meals are delivered to seniors participating in the Vital Visits program. An in-home assessment is conducted to determine needs and reasons for the meals.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Intake Process:
Call (423) 581-5166 to arrange for an in-home assessment.
Program Fees:
Vital Visits are $5.00 per day or donation based on ability to pay.
Eligibility:
*Must be 60 years or older
*Meet medical/safety criteria
*Disabled persons younger than 60 may be eligible through Vital Visits program
