Primary medical care for working adults aged 18 to 64, without insurance. Also offers free mammograms for women 40 or older once a month, by appointment only; and free lung screenings every other month for people 55 or older or for anyone who is a current smoker for at least 15 years. Flu shots are provided free for established patients. As of 4/22/21, does not provide dental care but free dental services will be coming soon. Does not provide treatment for children under 16, emergency care, physicals, or mental health treatment. No walk-ins; by appointment only. Does not dispense medicines or prescribe narcotics.

Hours:

Mon, Tue, Thu - 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. Closed for lunch 12noon - 1:00pm.
Wed & Fri - 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

*Must be employed or spouse is employed
*Must not have any health insurance
*Must be an American citizen or have a green card
*Must have photo ID and proof of employment at each appointment
