Provides medical care for youth ages birth through 18 years. Provides Preventive Care/ Check ups, Sports and Camp Physicals, Immunizations, Same-day sick visits, Emergency Care, X-rays, Laboratory Services, Minor Surgical, Allergy Shots, School Performance and behavior evaluations, Prenatal Counseling for expectant parents.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm;
Sat 8:30 am - 11:30 am. during the school year. Closed on Saturdays during the summer, following the school schedule

Accepts established TennCare patients, most private insurance, or sliding scale fees.
