Description:
The CSS program assists with medical treatment for children from birth to age 21, when they have special medical needs and the family is financially unable to provide for necessary care. The program also includes speech and hearing services.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Eligibility:
Must be between the ages of birth - 21 years old, meet financial guidelines and have a qualifying medical diagnosis.
