Provides limited emergency assistance with rent payment. If funds are available. At the present time no emergency assistance is available unless a family is involuntarily displaced due to a natural disaster (flood, fire, tornado, etc.).
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Intake Process:
To apply for assistance you must contact the Tennessee Valley Coalition to End Homelessness at 865-859-0749 or, if you are a victim of domestic abuse, contact the YWCA of Knoxville and the The Tennessee Valley at 865-523-6126

Eligibility:
An individual or family must meet one of the 4 eligibility categories:
-homeless
-at risk of homelessness,
-fleeing or attempting to flee from domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking
-recently homeless and for whom providing rental assistance would prevent the family's homelessness
