Description:
The CSS program assists with medical treatment for children from birth to age 21, when they have special medical needs and the family is financially unable to provide for necessary care. The program also includes speech and hearing services.

Must meet diagnostic and financial eligibility requirements; must apply for TennCare, even if they have private insurance.
Eligibility:
Must be between the ages of birth - 21 years old, meet financial eligibility, and have a qualifying medical diagnosis.
