Description:
Builds affordable new housing for families and individuals in need. Families and individuals must be willing to partner with Habitat staff and volunteers by completing "sweat equity" hours including working on the construction site for their home, attending a Homeownership Training class, and families must be able to pay a low-interest mortgage trough an affordable payment plan.
Hours:
Thursday - Saturday 10am to 5pm

Program Fees:
No Fee for applying. Must be able to pay a low interest mortgage.
Eligibility:
Must be a resident of Campbell county.
Must be able to repay a mortgage through an affordable payment plan.
Must have good credit.
Must have a need for housing.
Must be willing to partner with Habitat staff and Volunteers by completing sweat equity hours.
