Free Medical Clinic of Oak Ride provides free primary healthcare adults aged 18 to 64. These services are for the uninsured residents of Anderson, Morgan and Roane counties whose household incomes are below 200% of Federal poverty level. There is some access to referrals to specialist as well as imaging and lab work. Although FMCOR does not charge for services, a request is made that anyone participating in this healthcare makes a $5 donation each time you come to the Free Medical Clinic. This will help cover the cost of $55 per patient visit and enables FMCOR to continue serving you. Must bring proof of income, state ID and proof of residency.

Hours:

In Oak Ridge: Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

In Harriman: Wed & Thurs. 9 am - 3 pm

Intake Process:

Must have an appointment to visit the clinic. To make an appointment, call (865) 483-3904 for Oak Ridge location or or walk-in Mon.-Thurs. 9 am-12 pm. For Harriman location call 865-234-6053 or walk in Wed & Thurs. 9m - 12pm.

Program Fees:

No Fee - the Clinic ask that you participate in your healthcare by giving a $5.00 donation each time you visit the clinic. This helps cover the cost and to serve more people

Eligibility:

Must reside in Anderson, Morgan or Roane Counties, cannot have health insurance, and cannot afford to seek medical care otherwise. Must have income of 200% or below of Federal Poverty income level.
