Provides free counseling services on management, accounting, marketing, retailing, salesmanship, small business startups, expansions, and companies in trouble in the greater Memphis area and on social media. Presents workshops at various locations in the city regarding small business issues. Offers live and recorded webinars. Agency also acts as a resource partner for the US Small Business Administration.

Office Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - Noon; Counseling: By Appointment Only
