Description:
Functions as a probation agency for offenders who fail to meet probation requirements. Provides alternative probation supervision through electronic monitoring, juvenile home detention, drug testing, and pre-sentence reporting. An alternative to jail, offenders continue working and supporting families. Provides court-ordered classes on anger management, domestic violence prevention, alcohol safety and defensive driving courses.

Applicants must be convicted of nonviolent crime, employed and have court order or voluntary admission by having attorney contact office
