Description:

Provides early childhood education and social services for individuals living with HIV and their families. Preschool and daycare services are available for children, 6 weeks - 5 years old, who are affected by HIV and poverty. Social services include a food pantry, crime victims' counseling, rental assistance, individual and group therapy, outreach, medical care linkage and play therapy for clients. All early childhood services and social services may be accessed with a Ryan White card.

Free HIV testing is available to the general public.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call about intake form, required medical referral, and verification of medical information; or call or email to access the food pantry or to request free crime victims' counseling.

Program Fees:

No fee

Eligibility:

Social Services and Case Management Program: Must be living with HIV and have a Ryan White card.
Rental Assistance: Must be living with HIV and have a Ryan White card.
Daycare and Preschool: Children ages six weeks to 5 years and diagnosed with HIV or who has a parent, immediate family member, or caregiver who is or was HIV positive and adults living with HIV/AIDS.
Food Pantry: Anyone enrolled in the Ryan White Part B program (must show your Ryan White card); and free crime victim counseling is available to anyone in the general public.
