Description:

Provides long term residential rehabilitation treatment services to women with drug and alcohol and co-occurring mental disorders. Residential program includes assessments, individual treatment planning, individual and group therapy, grief therapy, recovery support services, case management, aftercare and referral services. Operates additional eight-bed halfway house with room, board, individual and group therapy, and self-help meetings for women with substance abuse issues. No woman is turned away because of inability to pay.

Business Office Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Facility: 24/7

Intake Process:

Call to schedule an appointment; requires state issued ID. Must be a TN resident; admission is on a first-come, first-served basis

Program Fees:

Accepts Sliding Scale Fee, TennCare, Medicaid; however, no woman is turned away because of inability to pay

Eligibility:

Women ages 18 and older who have complex conditions in their life that involve the use of alcohol or drugs that may be further complicated by co-occurring mental disorders and who are in stable medical condition may apply; must be a Tennessee resident; halfway house is for women above who've completed drug treatment program; must have been chemically free for 30 days.
