Frayser Community Development Corporation works to improve the quality of life in the Frayser area in regard to housing, financial, education, and economic development. Provides housing counseling and homebuyer education to potential buyers. Includes information on budgeting, real estate procedures, and mortgages. Provides mortgage default counseling to assist homeowners at risk of foreclosure. Frayser CDC purchases, renovates, and resells homes with a focus on sales to new, low-to-moderate income homebuyers. Most homes are HUD foreclosures renovated and offered at reasonable prices. Frayser CDC does NOT provide financial assistance. Home901 and DTD Partner Agency.
