Description:
Provides free formula and supplements to eligible patients. A registered dietitian from the Clinical Nutrition department can determine eligibility. The Clinical department at Le Bonheur provides formulas and supplements (Pregestimil, Neocate, Pediasure) to children whose insurance may not cover this need, to those who may need more than WIC provides, or to those who may have financial hardship. Specialty infant formulas only and pediatric tube feeding.

Pickup Hours: Second Thursday of the month, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
