Countrywood Neighborhood Association and Countrywood Annual Neighborhood Sale

Description:

Provides the Countrywood neighborhood association which works with residents and businesses to improve neighborhood safety, beautification, advocacy and other community activities. The Boards meets monthly and holds an annual general meeting for all residents and mails out newsletters once or twice a year and maintains a website. The Association also sponsors a huge, annual community neighborhood sale in the Countrywood subdivision of Cordova that allows residents to offer bargain hunters the opportunity to buy used items. Sale is usually around the third Saturday of September and is sponsored by the Countrywood Neighborhood Association.

Hours:

Countrywood Annual Neighborhood Sale: Third Saturday in September, from Dawn to Sunset (or around 5:00 pm)

Intake Process:

Go to website and click "Annual Sale" to register as a seller and to preview inventory; sellers must be residents of Greater Countrywood ONLY; phone messages are not often checked so preferred method of contact is by email or through the website.
Registration for the neighborhood sale opens early September at www.countrywoodsale.com. There is a list of "Frequently Asked Questions" on the website. Questions not answered may be emailed to Megan Epperson at sales@countrywoodsale.com.

Program Fees:

Sale Fees: $20.00/registration fee for sellers and to list items online; must be paid in advance; use website to pay using PayPal, debit or credit card or a check may be mailed to the post office box. Neighborhood Association Voluntary dues: $55.00/year

Eligibility:

Countrywood Neighborhood boundaries: Germantown Parkway on the west, Highway 64 on the East, I-40 to the north and fletcher Creek(the creek)/Berryhill Road to the south. Several in-fill neighborhoods are within the Greater Countrywood boundaries: Fairway Gardens, Colonial Estates, Eagle Ridge, Carrollwood Lakes, Gardens of Berryhill, Chimney Hill Condominiums, Countrywood West Condominiums, Rock Creek Apartments, Lincoln at Wolfchase Luxury Apartment Homes, Colonial Towers and several local businesses. CNA contains over 2800 addresses.
