Intake Process:

No appointment needed to process passports; Marriage applicants must obtain license prior to ceremony, present valid IDs, show date of divorce, if either party was previously married, show proof that age is 21 or older; otherwise, parent must sign approval or must provide a court order to avoid having parent's signature. Licenses cannot be issued unless male applicant is at least 17 and female applicant is at least 15 years old.

Varies by service; filing fee for marriage license is $36.00.
