Lifeline to Success - Prison Re-Entry Program

Description:

Provides faith-based Christian re-entry program for men and women with one or more felony convictions on their record; (may accept male juveniles ages 13-18 who have experienced the juvenile justice system on a case by case basis); offers classes in anger management and conflict resolution, life skills training, paid on-the-job training and help in finding employment, money management skills and family reunification counseling. The LifeLine Institute Program and Resource Center is open to all persons with felony convictions that need help in getting a TN ID, birth certificate, Social Security Number, government aid or SSI. Also provides referrals for clients who need help with substance abuse problems, health care and domestic violence.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Application Hours: 9:00 am - Noon

Call from 9:00 am to Noon to schedule an appointment

Eligibility:

Men or women, 18 or older, with one or more felonies on their record; male juveniles ages 13-18 may be accepted on a case-by-case basis after interview with the Executive Director.

Accepts food, clothing, office supplies, high school and college level textbooks, office equipment, computers, software, furniture and appliances to help clients establishing residences. Accepts items in need of repair and will pick up your donations from anywhere in the Mid-South with prior arrangement.
