Non-profit community association in Cooper-Young that sponsors neighborhood clean-ups, monthly meetings, Porchfest in April, Festival Four-Miler run every September, BeerFest in October, block clubs, annual garage sale in the spring and other events in the Cooper-Young historic district neighborhood in Memphis. CYCA members receive local business discounts and free notary public services.
