Provides city support agency and administrative office which oversees the Equal Business Opportunity program and the Small Business Enterprise program, which strives to increase the number of minority and/or female-owned businesses which compete for contracts with the city of Memphis. This office also accepts Title 6 (racial) discrimination complaints against Memphis city government.
