Description:

Provides community-based outpatient clinic with primary care services and behavioral health services for veterans, including individual, group and family counseling, nutritional education and smoking cessation programs, labs for bloodwork and prescription processing and counseling. VA South Clinic in Memphis also provides diabetic eye screening. NOTE: AS OF JULY 2021, DUE TO COVID-19 ALL VISITORS MUST STILL WEAR A MASK TO ENTER; CALL FOR DETAILS.

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Call the Eligibility Office (901) 523-8990 x 7972 or walk to Room CW130 at VAMC, 1030 Jefferson, Memphis, TN 38104 to apply.

Clinic can also provide basic information.
